Our Story
The origin of Thrive Integrity dates back to the 2000s when Lauren spent the early years of her career investigating fraud and misconduct cases in Australia and Asia. These experiences revealed a troubling pattern: the conduct often persisted undetected for years, with at least one bystander turning a blind eye. This insight ignited Lauren's determination to help organisations establish more effective whistleblower programs and to improve Australia's whistleblowing laws. Recognising the practical complexities in this area, Lauren saw an opportunity to guide both leaders and employees through this sensitive terrain. Today, Thrive Integrity offers specialised whistleblowing advisory services and corporate training for corporations, public sector entities, and not-for-profit organisations throughout Australia.
